Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with our purchase. However, if you are not completely 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Return Policy.

Return & Exchange Accepted Only:

  • If an item arrives defective or damaged.
  • If buyer receives the wrong item.

Return Not Accepted:

  • If buyer changes their mind.
  • If doesn’t match the listing description.

All returns must be dispatch us within seven 7 days of delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packing tags and labels attached.

Return Process:

All you need to do before to return an item, please email customer service at OR contact at Whatsapp +92-318-733-2065 / +92-312-726-7797 from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday). After return accepted and approved then mail your return item to the address we provide you.

Please Note: you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds Policy:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item. We will process your refund. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund amount. Refunds processed typically may take 1-2 business hours to arrive (in certain cases, a payment may take longer than estimated. If you experience a delay of more than 1-2 days contact us.

We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
